How we handle a website enquiry

Purpose and legal basis

We use the details to receive, assess and answer a web-project enquiry and, at your request, take pre-contractual steps. The legal basis is GDPR Article 6(1)(b).

• Email address
• Company (if entered)
• Project topic
• Description

Recipients

The details are available to authorised GoMedia personnel and the email and hosting providers necessary to receive and operate the enquiry. This form workflow does not transfer data outside the European Economic Area.

Retention

We retain enquiry data for 12 months after the last correspondence and then delete it. If an enquiry becomes part of a contract, invoice or accounting record, separate statutory retention rules apply.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction, object to processing and, where applicable, request portability. You may also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).
